The corsage was so neat! It was made with a pair of baby socks and a hair bow.

This is me with 12 of the 14 hostesses! They did a great job!

Everything was so pretty!
The shower started at 10am so we had brunch food- muffins, sausage balls, fruit tray, wraps, orange juice, coffee, coffee slush/punch, sugar cookies with pink icing, etc. Yum!!!

Justin's family gave us a hand held video baby monitor so we can see and hear the baby!

We got a lot of cute outfits :)

Sweet little girls.. and precious names, Kynlie and Brieley.

29 Week Belly Photos!

7 Months! A little over 7 months now but I forgot to do the 7 fingers up when I took the 28 week belly photos. I know my readers out there just love the finger photos (Ky).

I'm a little more dressed up for these photos because Justin and I were on our way to the movies. We saw The Hangover and it was hilarious!! We had fun dispite the idiots in the row in front of us who decided to bring their three year old daughter to the movie at 9pm. She was talking and walking around and touching people's hair and the parents are so stupid they didn't do anything. Finally the movie manager-people came and told them they'd have to leave if they continued to disturb everyone and the child finally fell asleep. Stupid people!!

And here are pics of the belly at the end of 29 weeks:

Big 'O Belly!

She is constantly kicking and swirming high on my right side, near my right ribs. Uncomfortable!

7 Month Doctor Appointment

So for the 7 month doctor appointment, they did the regular routine of weighing me, checking my blood pressure, taking a urine sample, and pricking my finger. When I got off the scale the lady said, "Let's do that one more time.." I was like great, it's so much she can't even believe it. I got back on and she said, "Yep that was right.." I had gained 7 pounds since last month's visit. She politely said, "Well it has been a full month." That's my record so far. Between months I had been losing a pound, gaining a pound, gaining 2 pounds, gaining one pound, I gained 5 pounds one month, another 2 pounds or so, and then BAM 7 pounds. Then they gave me a glass of this orange flavored super sweet drink that I had to drink up. After that I had to wait one full hour in the waiting room (Justin came to keep me company) because after the hour they were going to test my blood for gestational diabetes. Thank God I passed it! He said I easily passed it and other women would probably kill for the extra points I had remaining.. so that was good. We all know I am terrible with needle poking and blood so if I would have had gestational diabetes and had to poke myself 7-8 times a day it would not have been good!! Then we listened to the baby's heartbeat which is getting a lot louder now and Dr. Zivney measured my belly height which was good too. He told us we needed to choose a pediatrician and go ahead and pre-register at the hospital. I will go back in four weeks for my 8 month appointment (June 30th), and then every 2 weeks for a month, and then every week for the final month!

28 Week Belly Photos

These are my 28 Week Belly Photos!!

I feel like my skin on my belly is stretched out to the max.. but I know it will keep on stretching for about 11 more weeks now.

Magan & Greg's Wedding

My friend Magan got married to Greg Smith on Saturday!

We had our pedicures and manicures done on Friday and the rehearsal dinner that night was at the Benjamin Knox Art Gallery.

Saturday at noon all of the bridesmaids and Magan, along with two hair dressers, came to my house to have their hair done for the wedding!

Brandy and Ashley- Nice hair Brandy!

After the pic the photographer told the guys to bend their knees and pretend they were dropping her... Well they started goofing around and almost did, but they caught her before she hit the floor!

Reception Photos

This is a real tarantula spider that just walked up outside at the reception!
This thing was HUGE and scary and we don't know where it came from!!
Definitely an uninvited and unwelcomed guest!

Ashley and Magan's cousin Taylor both caught the bouquet

This was hilarious.. Greg was giving Magan a lap dance before getting her garter and this little girl walked up to them so Magan covered her eyes!

Congrats Magan and Greg!!

She's Back!

My precious Maggie is feeling much better! She appreciates all the well wishes. Anyone that knows Maggie knows she has a bit of an attitude. Well she just has her own personality. She doesn't have an attitude with me but if a stranger comes around she's not very friendly... and she barks and yells at people and at other dogs through the fence. We are always yelling outside to Maggie to stop barking at the other dogs and it gets annoying sometimes. Well last week when she wasn't herself we really missed all that barking and yelling from Maggie. Justin said, "I wish she would be normal *itchy Maggie again." Well she's feeling better!

It really took her a good 8-9 days to even start acting normal again. She was laying around all day, still in pain, and just not acting herself. She wouldn't eat or drink very much, wouldn't play, had accidents in the house, and was mad at me because I kept giving her all of the medicines. The doc put her on a prescription diet for the rest of her life to break up bladder stones. We're still adjusting because she's used to dry food and her new food is canned wet food. She's down to only one medicine twice a day and still waiting for the wound to heal up.. Other than that she's doing great!! She's running and playing, going for her daily walks, sleeping in bed with us again, and eating and drinking. :) Here are a few pics of Maggie feeling better!!!!!! I just have to say she is ADORABLE! :)

27 Week Belly Photos

Yes I know I am HUGE!

I kept forgetting to take 27 week photos so these were taken last night (Monday) and now today (Tuesday) I'm officially 28 weeks. I will take those later this week.
