Last night's Dream

So I had this crazy dream last night and I just have to share it. It starts out with me and Justin buying this old creepy 2-story house that people had said was haunted but we didn't believe them. In the dream it used to belong to Ms. Vivian McDougald from Iola. We're walking around checking out the house and we find a note from Mrs. McDougald in the bathroom congratulating us on the house and she left a check for $70 by the toilet. We just thought that was normal and kind of her.. All of a sudden the dream changes to a family- man, woman, a boy, and a girl. You know how dreams just completely change like that sometimes and you never think it's weird in the dream.. you just think it's weird when you wake up? Ok so anyway- this family is curious about it being haunted so they start investigating the upstairs. The knock down a wall and find another whole bedroom up there. They're like, "Oh my, we have a 4 bedroom house now!" Then they knock down the next wall and it's another bathroom. They look inside the tub and piled under junk they see a leg! Well it was one of those My Size Barbie's I had when I was little and they just thought it was a body. But then when they're laughing, a green-blue teenage boy ghost flies out of the wall and scares the crap out of everyone!! So they're like OMG, we can't live here.. this place is haunted. But then the parents decide to take care of the boy like it's their own and they start disciplining him and making him follow the rules, etc. So he turns out to be scary at first but then just a normal teenage ghost. Then the dream goes into me checking my email at an intersection of a stop light and this gay guy facebooks me to come over.... but that's another story. And NO I'm trying to dream about gay guys or anything. Then my alarm goes off and I have to wake up too early!!! THE END :)

Have any good baby names??

Does anyone have any good baby name recommendations? One's that you think are cute and that you're not using yourself? Let us know! We're about to start making a list!! Only 7 more months to decide! Also, I don't know which "Baby Name" book is the best?!?

F.Y.I. The name Kristy is of English origin and means "of Christ" or Christ-bearer. Justin is also an English name meaning Just and Fair.

I love my husband & my new Tahoe!

My wonderful husband surprised me with Tahoe for Christmas! I never thought that would be my Christmas gift!!! I LOVE it! It has all the "bells and whistles" or extras inside. :) Thanks wonderful husband! Here's some pics- do you love it too?

First Doctor Appointment

So we called the doctor back in December and told them I had taken 2 positive pregnancy tests. They scheduled me to come in on January 6th. That was a long wait! So we get there and I am so so so nervous! I'm nervous because it's my first time to do this and I'm nervous about seeing how the baby is. They call me back to weigh myself and check my blood pressure. I was scared to look at the scale because I've felt so fat and bloated, but I had actually lost one pound since November. I hadn't been feeling very well though.... pretty nauseous.. So I get back to the waiting room and tell Justin I had lost a pund. His response was, "Really?!?!? That's surprising!" GEE THANKS. I knew what he meant but it didn't sound very nice. So then a few minutes later they call my name again and I tell Justin to come on. The nurse said she just wanted me again and he could come back next time. Well he didn't hear this and I thought he had so I just kept walking. She takes me into the restroom to show me how to deposit my specimen. Meanwhile, Justin comes down the hall and they tell him that he doesn't need to be back there and to just wait outside again. SO.. he retraces his tracks down the halls and remembers he is supposed to go straight then turn right. Well he does that but--- one door too soon! He opens the door and walks in on someone having an ultrasound!!! He said the lights were out and he barely opened the door so he didn't see anything. But we I got back to the waiting room and he told me, we laughed soo hard that I was crying! That definietly calmed my nerves and made me forget how nervous I was!!! I love you Justin!

Here is our baby at 7 weeks

Our due date is August 25, 2009.

Merry Christmas- It's a Baby!

We decided to give our parents and Kelsey a gift that would surprise them and tell them we were expecting a baby! I collect WillowTrees so we gave my mom and Justin's mom, Dana, a "grandmother" WillowTree and a baby bib that says, "Santa aint got nothing on Grandma". For my dad I made a baby onesie that says, "PaPa's Fishing Buddy" and for Justin's dad's it said, "Grandpa I bet they turn Left!" It had a picture of his favorite NASCAR racecar. Justin always says that to him- I bet they go fast and turn left... For Kels we gave her a onesie that said I (heart) Kousin Kelsey. She didn't get it. She said, "Who is this for?"

We're Having a Baby!!!

Surprise!!! We're having a baby! So I have to start at the very beginning. It was Dec. 17th and I was subbing at Brazos Christian. I had a long lunch break so I decided I would run to HEB and get a pregnancy test and come back home to take it. I did- and there were 2 lines. Pregnant! No I did not cry but I couldn't stop smiling. :) So I had to go back to the school to finish subbing for about 2 hours. Then I came home and planned out how I was going to tell Justin that night. I then went up to the gym for club volleyball practice. (I coach a 13 year old team). When I came home and told Justin I wanted him to open up a Christmas present early... All month I had been telling him I didn't know what to get him that would top his gift to me that he gave me early as well. (More of that to come next). So I told him since I couldn't think of anything wonderful to get you for Christmas I thought I'd at least let you have some fun opening it. Then I gave him clues to find his gift through a scavenger hunt. The last present said, "Congratulations & Merry Christmas! We're Having a Baby!!!" It had the pregnancy test (with a lid) and baby socks that said "My First Christmas" inside the gift box. It is the baby's first Christmas to be alive and I'll get to use them next Christmas because it will be the baby's First Christmas!! I video-taped the whole thing and Justin was so happy! We both were! Here's a few pics. :)
